House made egg and semolina pasta filled with chicken, caramelized onions, fresh herbs and a mixture of ricotta, parmigiano and reggiano cheeses- topped with a creamy Mornay sauce and baked on a bed of house marinara

Salmon Roulade Wrapped in Pancetta

Salmon filet seasoned, rolled and bound with sliced pancetta.  Seared and roasted slowly fro tenderness and served over creamy lemon risotto and topped with a colorful pepperonada

Potato Gnocchi with Lamb Ragou

Hand made gnocchi from a blend of potatoes, eggs and ricotta cheese poached and tossed with a ragu of braised lamb, onions, eggplant, red wine, finished with freshly sliced parmesan cheese.
